PHF Personal HeEl Fit System

Never one to rest on their laurels, asics has developed the Personal Heel Fit System (P.H.F.) to enhance the stability and overall fit of the shoe with the foot. P.H.F. is the newly developed memory foam used in the lining of the heel collar that moulds and customises itself to the individual heel shape of the wearer creating a personalised fit.

P.H.F. system was initially introduced into the asics running range with the GEL Creed Plus, GEL Nimbus and GEL Koji where P.H.F. combined with the contoured cradles in these shoes to offer added support and stability for the under pronator, over pronator and severe over pronator.  P.H.F. is now also found in the GEL Kayano X,  GT- 2090 and GEL Eagle Trail III WP.

asics P.H.F. has also crossed categories and is found in the GEL Invasion for tennis, where the player experiences extreme cross lateral movements and tremendous loads at the point of playing the shot.

P.H.F. works with the dual density block on the lateral side of the forefoot to assist in stabilising the player at this point.

P.H.F. is also found in the Netburner Lyte III, Netburner VI and GEL Block, assisting players of court and indoor sport such as netball, volleyball and squash who experience severe cross lateral movement with rapid turning and stop/start movements.

And on the footy field, players now also benefit from P.H.F. in the GEL Lethal Grip and GEL Lethal Pro II, making these boots the most comfortable ever.

P.H.F. is another step in asics' quest to provide  the best footwear for the individual athlete.
